Product Capabilities
Steuben Foods state-of the-art equipment enables us to provide the widest range of low acid food and beverage products in North America. Our aim is to optimize production systems to maximize operational results, while achieving or exceeding your quality and service needs. We produce a range of products utilizing Extended Shelf-Life [ESL] and aseptic processing and packaging technologies, including an assortment of dairy and non-dairy products, flavored milks, soy milks, smoothies, coffee beverages, yogurts, puddings, mousses/refrigerated desserts, gelatins, nutritional beverages, coffee creamers, broths, gravies, toddler beverages, etc. We’ll also work with you to develop customized packaging solutions that will assist you in maximizing your presence at retail, thus helping grow your business.
Processing
Steuben Foods offers numerous aseptic processing technologies designed to meet specific finished product attributes including tubular, steam injection, steam infusion, SSHE, and PHE. Using these capabilities, we will work with you to generate innovative ideas that will help grow your business. We’ll then develop plans to balance these innovative ideas, with activities to further improve operational efficiencies.
Included among our aseptic filling capabilities are various sizes of aseptic plastic cups, various Tetra Pak formats including Prisma packages, ESL gable top containers, food service low acid aseptic bag-in-box, and aseptic plastic bottles.
Location
Our manufacturing location in Elma, New York, a suburb of Buffalo, helps ensure efficient distribution to major population areas within North America. We are within 500 miles of half of the US population, and are very reachable to the major population centers in Canada. We are also located on an expressway linked to the Interstate highway system and enjoy excellent access to rail shipping.
