Leads the beverages analytical development & tasting activities, utilizing HPLC, Gas Chromatography (GC), Mass Spectrometry (MS), wet chemistry & other physicochemical analysis techniques. Designs & executes clinical trials, scientific studies, shelf-life & product testing protocols for the development of food products that produce health benefits basic nutrition.
