Senior Principal Food Scientist

Directs research & development of low-acid aseptic dairy & nondairy food products from concept to commercialization.   Leads the beverages analytical development & tasting activities, utilizing HPLC, Gas Chromatography (GC), Mass Spectrometry (MS), wet chemistry & other physicochemical analysis techniques.   Designs & executes clinical trials, scientific studies, shelf-life & product testing protocols for the development of food products that produce health benefits basic nutrition.  Requires a Master’s degree in Food Science & 1 year experience in research & development of low-acid aseptic dairy & nondairy products.   Steuben Foods, Inc., 1150 Maple Road, Elma, NY  14059.
